Fiat 500 to be only actual Fiat-badged product in the U.S.

According to the Detroit Free Press, it appears that although some Fiat models will be headed to the U.S. as Chryslers, Dodges, and Jeeps, the subcompact 500 will be the only Fiat to actually carry the Fiat name. It will be a stand-alone model, similar to the way BMW's MINI brand is sold.

The 500 will be built in Toluca, Mexico and be introduced in mid 2011.

What's the pricing gonna look like?

I don't believe they've announced any pricing. If I had to guess, it'll be similar to a MINI. But, that's just a speculation.
