We went to Iceland several weeks ago and were able to rent what is pretty my our semi-realistic dream car, a new Suzuki Jimny. I say semi-realistic because we, as residents of the U.S., cannot buy one here because Suzuki no longer sells cars here.
We spent nine days with this little 4WD dynamo, and I must say: I'm smitten. It's so good. I had high hopes for this rig, and it did not disappoint. From its five-speed manual shifter to its 100 hp, 1.5-liter engine, so much just worked well. It's got just enough power to be entertaining, and a willing chassis that's tons of fun on dirt roads. If this thing were for sale here today, I'd be in line tomorrow for it, probably in this color, too. I'll let our walkaround video show you more.

Toyota took a 5% stake in Suzuki this past month and they might be developing the Jimny replacement. Let's hope for a Toyota FJ20 in the USA market soon
FJ20 is a great designator, too!
