Out with the old, in with the new. I just picked up a set of 235/75/15 Kumho Road Venture MT KL71 tires to replace my very old BFGoodrich All-Terran T/A tires. The Kumhos are mud-terrain tires and should do quite well off road, especially when the trails get muddy around here in the winter. I honestly haven't even had them up past 40 mph yet, so no word on whether the
vibration is better or not. We'll see.
Until then, I will say that I love the way they look. Can't wait to try them out in the dirt.

I'm anxious to hear your opinions in them in all different terrain! Keep providing regular updates.
My biggest qualm with these Kumhos is that they are directional tires. I've never been big on directional tires because especially with mud-terrain tires and their big tread lugs, tread scalloping and other uneven wear can become a real problem.
My Sidekick/Tracker's IFS eats its front tires in ways no solid axle 4x4 I've ever owned ever has. If I put directional tires on it, they'd be worn in a very "stepped" manner even with very frequent rotations.
If you don't mind running them backwards every now and then to even out the feathered tread blocks, that ought to solve the problem and keep the tires smooth and quiet, but you can expect those "in the know" to tease you about it. :)
