Blogger Hyundaismoke who runs Accent Planet has posted up some spy photos of the upcoming Suzuki Swift lapping the Nurburgring in Germany.

The photos come via MotorAuthority.com, and the organization the Swift could possibly debut at the L.A. Auto Show in November. As a Suzuki fan, I certainly hope this is true!

This car should have already been here in the states. This would have helped Suzuki tremendously, but better late than never. I'm glad to see Suzuki getting back to it's roots. A lot of people frown on Suzuki now because of the whole issue with them slapping their name on Daewoo vehicles. That really hurt them and people have seem to forgotten that AUTHENTIC Suzukis are VERY reliable well made cars. Better late than never though. IF they do FINALLY decide to release it over here, I will definitely be hitting up a Suzuki dealership!

I think the Swift might be the car that helps Suzuki boost its sales, assume it does show up (and most signs point to "YES" on that). Although the Kizashi is a good vehicle, I'm not sure it will save the company. However, the Swift, being that it should be priced pretty inexpensively, should be able to be Suzuki's volume car.

I have owned a suzuki aerio now for 4 years and I hate the thing its always giving issues of some sort. I swore to never buy a suzuki again but if the swift comes over ill eat those words.

Oh yeah, give them another chance Robert.

Swifts from what I understand from Indian friends, are the most reliable car Suzuki makes, and not just the most reliable car, but reliable compared to others as well.

It would be so sad if Suzuki left America now.
