Subcompacts at the Portland Historic Races



Last weekend I went to the annual Portland Historic Races, which showcase a plethora of vintage race cars. From big, V-8 powered Corvettes to small-displacement British sports cars.

Some of my favs were there including the Ford/Lotus Cortina; the Austin Healey Sprite; and even a Fiat 500! Most of the photos below were from the various car clubs in attendance, but a couple were track vehicles. Check out some of the pics below.

Compact Overload!!!! Beautiful ahh the Mini and the 500, God I want a Fiat 500.......especially the Abarth EssEsse. But I don't think my xB will let me, I love her too much

Indeed--the 500 is a very cool little car. And I agree: The Abarth is sweet.

Sweet, wish I could've gone. Concours D'elegantes is this Sunday in Forest Grove, I'm planning on going.
