Race-prepped Suzuki SX4 takes top time at Pikes Peak International Hill Climb

For the fourth year in a row, Nobuhiro "Monster" Tajima" has won the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb. With nearly 900hp on tap, Monster and his race-prepped Suzuki SX4 set a time of 10:15.368, just shy of another record.

Other subcompacts of note were the Ford Fiesta Rally team. Marcus Gronholm, in his 2011 Fiesta Rally car, finished the course with a time of 11:28.963.

Sweet picture. I love the Pikes Peak hill climb -- I remember racing what I remember to be a Suzuki in Gran Turismo 4 that was prepared for the Pikes Peak..
