VIDEO: "Fifth Gear" reviews Toyota's iQ

The UK's "Fifth Gear" has this video review of the Toyota iQ. For those of us who haven't seen an iQ in person, the video gives some good shots of the interior, gives a good idea of the size, and notes some of the innovations. Plus, it finally shows what the "3 + 1" seating really is.

Should be "5th Gear". Were it Top Gear, Jeremy would drive it through a fish and chips stand or something equally ridiculous (entertaining), while complaining about it's lack of power.

I still want one.

I hope they bring it over here as a Scion. I would buy it, but not giving up my xD, lol.

I'm really liking the looks of those seats. I'm underwhelmed by the factory Yaris seats but those iQ seats are pretty sporty looking.

Love this blog!

I agree with el about the seats they look snazzy.I would love an iQ and when Scion comes to Canada in 2010,I'll be hoping to see the iQ in the line up which apparently will also include the xd,xb, and a brand new tc?.What a great review,Fifth Gear for me is far more sensible and still lots of fun compared to the arrogant, rich white boys club shenanigans of Top Gear. Vicky Butler also tested the iQ on Fifth Gear in a preview segment which was fun to watch and very informative too.

If the next generation Yaris is going to be based on a stretched version of this platform, then it'll probably be astonishingly vast inside, enough to steal Matrix sales (until they reconfigure THAT for greater space efficiency...which in turn would kill the Venza...)
