Any car that does a 12-second quarter mile is fast in my book. A Toyota Yaris sedan that does 12-second quarter miles is crazy fast. According to the YouTube video, the car has 421 hp to the wheels. And that's using the 1N-ZFE engine (1.5 liter). That's pretty sweet. FYI, this Yaris is located in Thailand.
A discussion on MicroImageOnline.com notes this is probably an 11-second subcompact sedan.
