I've been frequenting the
Ford Festiva forum lately, and recently ran across this little guy: A four door Festiva—I didn't know they existed. The four door models weren't sold in North America, but were sold as the Kia Pride in Asia. There are more photos in the owner's
Photobucket album.

Im going to get one one day and put KIA badges on it.
I've seen a Festiva with Mazda 121 badges on it here in Oregon.
Sweet!! I like doing that. It plays tricks on people's minds.
I saw this with KIA and Mazda badges in Jersey when I was a kid.
There was also a 4-door sedan and a wagon; the former not as cartoonish as later, rounder B-segment sedans and the latter basically the same as a 5-door with stretched rear overhang.
My cousin in Taiwan used to drive a black 1991 Ford Festiva 5 door hatch. Taiwan also had a Festiva 4 door sedan based on that model.
An interesting note is the 1994-98 Ford Aspire in the US was 2nd gen Festiva in Taiwan and they also had a sedan version of that as well.
