Tata Nano passes European crash test

Well whaddya know? The lil' Tata Nano has passed the European impact testing according to a story on AUTOCAR.co.uk. And although the Nano is only being sold in India at the moment, this ability to pass a strict impact test may open the gates for the car to be sold in Europe and possibly the U.S., too.

I think for the U.S. that it would have to have airbags and such, but I guess Tata is eying up the States for a potential market.
