Edmunds ranks 10 coolest tech cars for under $20,000

Edmunds.com recently released its list of the top 10 "tech cars" for under $20,000, and half the list is composed of subcompacts.

4. 2010 Kia Soul
5. 2009 Mini Cooper
6. 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer
7. 2009 Nissan Versa
8. 2009 Scion xB
9. 2009 Suzuki SX4
10. 2009 Toyota Corolla

Edmunds praised vehicles on the list for having cool "bells and whistles," while not costing an arm and a leg. They also reaffirmed that just because you're buying a smaller, less expensive car, doesn't mean you're relegated to purchasing a stripped-down econobox. Read on!
