I have no c...I just picked up aa 2dr 95 16v tintop. I have no cel's (yet) but just about anything that was rubber is now plastic. I'm thinking you have a heat issue. That is, when the car is hot, the issue manifests. So when you test the egr off vehicle the prob may not exist. Also, check the egr pipe. That pipe may be cracked. I think if the prob continues, new egr, pipe gaskets and vacc hoses are a worthy investment in you sanity and love for your formidable little machine.<br /><br />And BTW, I have that same exact vibration and just about the same speed you do.
